Default jetting

Hey guys i need some help. I'm not sure my bike is jetted right n i need to know what size jets to put in. When i get over 40 my bike starts to sputter and wont pick up much speed. Any help would be great. Thanks

Most times is because it is rich because of the restriction from a 2" snorkle, but check by either:
Unclip the airbox top and place somthing small and flatemnable like a cigerett but in one corner and re-clip the other corner.You are looking for a little crack for extra air to come through. Take it for a run. If its better, you either need to jet down a size or two or go to a 3" snorkle. If its worse, then you need to go up a size ot two.

The other thing you can do is take it to the 40 mph and make it spudder, shut down fast and pull the front plug and see if its dark and wet, or dry and whitish. Dark is rich and lite is lean

I also just added a Dynateck CDI and it seems to be runnin better

Mine sputtered bad with 2" snorkel. Gotta go atleast 2.5 or 3" on the carved brutes

Yep, that will advance the timing about 5 degrees making it need a little more fuel...fuel its already getting too much of. Just says it needs a bigger snorkle or a size or two smaller jets.
