Check the motor mounts both bolts and flanges on the rear. Mine came loose once and made a sound like that. Check the frame welds too.

Also aftermarket skid plates will make the same sound, as the Brute frame flexes.

I got mine to quit that by cutting up some 3/4" heater hose in 1" strips and splitting them. Then loosened my plate brackets and slid them around the frame on both sides of each clamp then re-tightened all of them. This puts rubber between the frame and plate and holds it off the frame the rest of the way so you can flush sand and rocks out easier. I didn't do the a-arms but I could.
No more grinding...

I haven't had any problems with the flexing with the Ricochet plates but I did w/the A.P. plates, w/those I just used a rubber gourmet inserted in the bolt mounting holes as they used the stock mounting holes from the stock skid plate. It rubber mounted the A.P. skid plates. Don't think you need to worry about the a/arm guards.

I did a search of pinion nut coming loose (thanks Brian MC). There was a video from busta move and mine seems to be doing same thing. How do ya fix this problem and about how much for parts?

LOL fix it asap.. although mine never made any noise.. i took mine into the dealer and said spend a max of an hour and look her over... but to tighten the rear pinnion nut you need a special kawie tool to torque it to 150ftlb or something.
