What goes on in the shop? Sometimes nothing.

Like I've always said, a warranty is only as good as your dealer, the dealer is only as good as its service dept. That goes for quads, cars, or anything. My '08 sat at the dealer for 5 weeks waiting on the rear seal to be fixed under warranty. I finally went and picked it up without it being fixed. Needless to say, I drove 1.5 hours out of my way to buy the '10 from a different dealer.

They are tough all right..will take 16,238 lbs before failing. I think I read somewhere the knuckle will fail at 6,200.
