Default Sank my 09 750I and now it runs like s**t

I was mudding and got stuck in water up to the racks. It died and when I restarted it, well, it barely runs. I can fire it up and it idles fine but as soon as I give it some throttle it sputters then dies. I have changed the oil (no water in it thank god) drained the fuel (Some sand/mud in the bottom of the tank) I even cleaned the air filter changed the plugs but still the same thing, it just won't go above idle.
The fuel tank vent lines are fine even though the front line where it comes out of the frame line was loose (I think that is how the sand/mud got in the tank) I have a power commander 5 and according to the laptop it is functioning fine.
So, what should I check next? could it be the fuel filter? Maybe clogged injector? Something completely different? Any ideas?

Welcome to the site. My guess is that fuel intake filter because you said there was some sand in the tank. I'd get everything out of the way and pull the fuel pump and assembly out of the tank. Clean it all up...as well as the tank again. Its rare but possible something got through to an injector but start at the tank.pump first.

yup i waould say its something with the fuel system. I would clean the fuel lines, and injectors, and throttle bodys. just clean anything you can, and replace any filters you can..
