Default Replacement 2008 750i Fuel Pump

Anyone know an alternate fuel pump that will work in a 2008 750i Brute Force? They are asking $750 at the dealer. I've heard of pumps from old jeeps working well for a fraction of the price.

I don't know, but it has to put out the same pressure the EOM one does for the FI.

Why?What is wrong with your pump?It is not fixable?I fixed mine when it was off...

Can you not replace the diaphram or get a kit for it?

About the diaphram,if you mean the little material in the pump which holds all the dirt,i read in another forum that from the mitsubishi galant 85 model fits.it is almost the same.It is called fuel strainer from what i recall. This is what you mean right?
