yeah its like 8 bucks online so worst case 16 up here, and when i only need the odd rear seal or part under 50 i usually just goto the stealer ship. but if i am doing a bikebandit order or something i usually do a big order and order 4 or 5 rears.

bike bandits got the best shipping and price.. but use there own sku numbers

i got that sku off babbittsonline.com they use kawie sku numbers... but they have expensive shipping rates but the cheapest prices on parts.. its a trade off. but check out babbittsonline.com

also when you take yours apart i never did get an answer on this question if this SKU: 42034-1192
COUPLING,BEVEL should be loose mine wiggles back and forth a good 1/4 inch.... there is no bearing from what i can see that could go.. also the nut that holds it on from what i remember is a very very low torque setting.

I was looking at the breakdown the other day to get it figured out and it looks like the coupling slides over the pinion shaft and is held in place with that nut but it has to rotate on the pinion when free-wheeling. The collor the actuator slides up the splines and the dogs it has on the end slide into the holes in the end of that coupling locking it to the shaft for 4wd. I don't see a bearing relating to it at the pinion but it has to have something so I would think it realy shouldn't have any noticeable movement on the pinion because of alignment issues it would have with the dogs on the collor...let alone seal leaking issues. If it were me, I would pull it and see if there is at least a brass sleave in there that needs replaced. JMO
