Some folks have reported that in the freezing temps, moisture in the tank or fuel system freezes and cuts part or all the fuel supply off making it run kinda like you way. If you can put it in a heated area for a few hours and add some fuel de-ice, shake it up and run it a while in that heated area, it should fix that if that was the problem. Others are saying the boots between the injector bodies and the heads have cracked in the extream cold letting straight air in. Spray some starting fluid or carb cleaner on them while running to see if the RPMs increase. If so, there is a crack or split.

Also, check to make sure snow from the previous day's ride has not packed up against the front of the air box.

I don't have the specs here. Probably in the manual. I do know it won't run up with the air box lid off. It has to be on. Ok, back to the fuel. Once when I had mine off I turned it over with the line off and it came out pretty good...not like a car, but shot about an inch & a half solid. An EFI pump should be even better...stronger I would think. There are only a few things that can cause it to be less. The fuel pump or junk collecting around the intake screen in the tank. Gus found on his 08 that he could blow air back and knock some of that off his runs good for a while...but at some point he has to get the tank cleaned out because it just will keep doing it.
