I remember reading an article online that explained the bennifits of doing it this way, and it made alot of sence to me.
I read that same article that told me to do it that way and it made total sence to me too, if you take it too easy right out of the box the rings wont seat correctly and you can lose compression over the long run, or something to that effect. Just have fun and dont go for the long WOT runs until theres some time on it.
