Default Heart transplant starts today!

Well technically it started just after midnight today. I took all the plastics off of it to get it ready for the new 840. When I get back up today it will come out and the new will be dropped in. Are there any pics that you guys would like to see while I have it apart? I will try and take some from time to time just to make sure I have all the wiring correct when it goes back together. My memory aint what it used to be

Good luck with it, remember to rest your arms before opening her up, it might rip them from the sockets. You'll be making plenty of power now.

Yesterday was a productive day! Unfortunately I didnt order the the #40 pilot jets like I had though so it throws my jetting way off. I upped it a few jet sizes so I could get it running for the break in. Did the break in last night and then fixed a few minor issues that had came up. gonna change the oil this morning, make a jet change and then run her for about 10 more minutes to make sure all was well. I have taken some pics and got some video last night while it was breaking in. Almost forgot. did a valve adjustment last night, after we ran it. Two were a lil tight and one was loose. I hope that is where the chattering was coming from.
