All of my riding is on trails (a little bit on roads to get to the trail). The maroon spring is getting a lot of positive feedback. Would the maroon be a good fit on an '08 650i on 25" executioners?

I just got back from my first ride with the maroon spring and it is jumpy but I like it. Gives better low end and mid seems improved but may just be me.

If you tend to put the belt under heavier loads like riding in thick mud or steep hill climbing or drag racing or pulling trailers and others, then yes, the maroon is a good choice even with 25s. If you don't do these things, then its not necessary and would be a waste for you. Always remember to check and adjust the belt deflection when necessary. Lower deflection...that is closer to the 22mm mark will give you the least stall.
