Default 4WD Speradically switches

4WD Switches in and out on its own after a water hole. I unpluged a few of the plugs under the front fenders, and the belt plugs, and used dielectric grease on them. It seemed to help but after a deep water hole it still will shift in and out on its own. Does anyone have any suggestions, or know of any more plugs.

My 2007 650 SRA is also doing the same thing. Why is this happening?
