Hand guards - '07 BF 650i
Greetings,
I trashed one of my Moose hand guards last weekend, so I'm in the market for new ones.
Maier doesn't seem to have any for the Brute, and I don't want to put any of the MX
models on.
My one gripe with the Moose guards is the fact that it was very difficult to get to the
front diff lever if I had winter gloves on.
Was pretty tight with regular MX gloves on too.
Anyone else experience that?
Any other recommendations besides Moose?
I Google'd, but didn't come across anything I liked.
Thanks!
Tom D

Ya, I have the moose guards too and also don't like how tight they are for using the diff lever. I'm going to try thr Powermadd guards next. They seem to have plenty of room for winter gloves.

I agree, the Moose guards do offer more coverage but they don't let you access the front diff lever very well.
Here is mine.

So, I'm stuck with Moose unless I feel rebellious and mod my own?

The Powermadd guards work alright and give plenty of clearance for the diff lock but you'll need to jocky your levers around a bit to get them to sit straight.

You don't happen to have a pic of them installed on a Brute by chance?
Thx!
