Can't find the thread about installing aftermarket lights on handlebar

Unfortunately I'm not even sure if it was on this forum or another, but the other day I ran across a thread about a guy that make a custom mount to install a set of aftermarket driving lights attached to the handlebars.

There was a piece of metal that connected both sides of the handlebars. The fog lights were then installed in the center of the handlebars attached to that piece of metal. I'm not talking about those kits that people sell that have chrome housings and round clamps.

This was a home-made setup that was shown in the thread.

I have spent over an hour searching, and I can't seem to find the thread. There were pictures in the thread of the modifications.
