Default Brands of front rack cargo boxes

Need a low-profile waterproof front cargo box for storing an extra jacket, winch cables, emergency kit, etc...

My requirements is that it must be:

1. easily taken on-off, absolutely no u-bolt mounting systems, must be something like a bungee cord to hold it on
2. relatively low profile so I can see over it when climbing over rocks and logs. I don't need or desire a tall box.
3. water proof for keeping my extra jacket, emergency kit, etc. from getting wet.

I'm looking at the Tamarack Classic Regular Front Box.

I like the looks of the Classic much better than the Tamarack Titan box. The Classic has a rugged & durable look to it that I think fits the styling of a utility quad. Plus it is priced cheaper than the Titan as well.

I also noticed QuadBoss makes one. It seems to be priced right, and it has the quick mount tabs on the side. However there is no mention that it is waterproof, so I assume it isn't waterproof. If that is true, then this box wouldn't work:

I looked at the Cabela's supersize boxes, but it looks like they start at $150, which I think is too much money for a simple box. Plus, there is no mention if it is easily removable or if it uses u-bolts

See link above for picture.

I noticed a brand called Mad-Dog, it looks to be plenty wide, and it is waterproof, but I don't know about the mounting system.

Are there any other brands that I should consider, priced around $100 or less?
