Modifications
Hello all,
29y/o from Altoona, Pennsylvania. I bought an "05" Brute 750 brand new two years ago. I have had the quad since and have left it completely stock. Just a week ago I had the airbox snorkeled due to water problems x2. Unfortunately, I know nothing about qauds and I am looking for help on what modifications to do next. I have about $1700 USD to spend. Looking to get the most important modifications done first. I was told to get a full HMF Penland QS1 Ecosystem pipe, however after reading some of the forums, I am afraid of the noise. Also, I was advised that the DynaTek FS Ignition was a nice addition, however I have seen nothing but negative feedback reading through the forums. Which filter, K&N or Unifilter? Do I need to buy a complete jet kit after messing with the air and exhaust? Finally, what brand/size of wheels and tires is practical for someone who trail rides on poker runs and sees just a moderate amount of mud on the weekends? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. I have seen how well you have helped others here and hopefully you all can help me spend my money. Thanks to everyone!
