Default HMF Gorilla exhaust

I have a 06 750 brute im thinking about getting a hmf gorilla series exhaust but I was worndering about the power gain and sound, I want it loud. I think its just a slip on. If anyone has one or knows anyone who has one your opinion would be a big help. Also I was rideing this weekend and had a whreck. I rearended a razor that was stoped on a curve. The driver was talking but I wont get into that. I busted my raidatior. How much is this mistake gonna cost me?

HMF is pretty loud. I don't have one but many that to like it. As with any slip-on, not great power gains but enough to notice everyone says. On the radiator and what ever else, I would list all the parts needed and hopefuly the frame is ok, then go to Babbittsonline.com or cheapcycleparts.com and start adding it up.

Another place to check for oem parts is Ronayers.com: Home. I have had good luck with them in the past. Another thought, while it is apart, is to replace with a Highlifter radiator. Definitely cools better than the stock unit.

Default CDI Box

I was told that if the cdi box is replaced then it will have full power from take off. They said that the factory box retards the timeing until u hit 7mph.

The timing is not retarded with the factory box at idle. Only allowed to drop to about 1 or two degrees advance. The CDIs adds 5 additional from idle to wot. I wish it wasn't so advanced at idle. Hard on starters and it knocks some when cold. You will feel an increase in power.
