Guys , anyone considering the "oem" splash guards , save your money for something else!!! Boy was I dissapointed when I received them...they are soo small it's not even funny, If I could have seen a picture of them before buying I would have passed on them..I got them off ebay from a kawie dealer no pics were posted....they are a totall rip off for the price at 62.00 US dollars..they bassically cover the bottom half of the engine bassically were the oil filter is....all I can say it's not worth the 60 or so dollars....Rob

They do cost way to much. But they do a good job of keeping mud away from the motor.
I had the same reaction when I received my splash guards.
The picture would not of helped. In the picture the look big.
they should only cost 20.00 IMO

I made my own inner fenders out of some old tubes I had laying around at work. they work great

I installed it on top of a bar that goes side to side right in front of the radiator....I made a small tray from aluminum "L" beam boxed..and used "U" bolts to hold it down on that bar....does not block the radiator in any way and works great...!!! used 4 gauge wire to run parallel from the oem battery...Rob
