Hey guys...maybe I'm jumping the gun here and not allowing enough time to pass but I'm a bit curious; Have any of you had any difficulty in conducting business with Loudervisions? I placed an order on 1/23, paid in full via paypal, the website shows processing 1/23, processing 1/23, and delivered 1/29, and yet I have nothing. I have emailed them twice and left a message via telephone twice, both were fruitless. Just wondered if anybody else had such experiences and I would gladly accept any suggestions as to my next corse of action, beyond waiting some more. Thanks, George

George , I dont know what to tell you....I was one of the first ones to get the fender flares from them last year and had no problems at all, however, I have read here on this forum lately of similar complaints like yours, I think something is deffinately going on with them, dont know what though....I hope they are still in business because im getting my son a brute this comming week and he wants my same flares....

Hmmmm...thats interesting. I was hoping this was an isolated case but perhaps not. Well, I'll give it more time before I go any further with it and who knows, maybe they'll come in. Thank you very much for the response oohyeah4, I appreciate it.

Mine took over a month to show up. Their Slow. What worries me about them is that their site is always up and down. Hopefully you paid through Paypal and if so start a dispute, that always gets their attention.

Maybe Gearslayer should have a little... talk.. with them. KC members should never have a problem with a sponsor.

Whatcha think GS? Maybe a letter of concern?

I really appreciate the response this has generated from you guys! I'm really not looking for something for nothing here and if they are having some type of problems or whatever, ok, just talk to me and make me aware of it...thats all...and maybe we can work something out...just a little comunication. I also thank you, each and everyone, for your efforts in getting involved with my problem...it speaks highly of the caliber of those of you in which I share a common bond with and the comaraderie that goes along with it! Matter of fact, this forum has been such a positive experience for me both now and in the recent past, that I'm now going to close this response and become a premium member...damn it! :kawierules:

Update: I lodged a grievance with paypal this morning and by afternoon, my flares were in the mail! Hated for it to come to that but in this day and age, you're suspicious of things. I don't really know what the problem was though...they claimed I did not email them when in fact, I had used their "contact us" page, three times, and called the website listed phone # twice, (which by the way, as of this morning said "mailbox full"), therefore I could not leave another message. The response from them via paypal was certainly to the point. I need not go into just what they said to me but I can see they were not happy campers and again, thats unfortunate because I did not want it to have to go that way. Anyway, I've got a USPS tracking number now so I guess I'm set! Thanks again to all of you who helped. Semper Fi

Yeah, I know how you feel and dont blame you a bit!!! I think if people are going to be sellers , they should take on the rsponsibility and service your customers...I myself have had several similar issues with "some" ebayers I have dealt with....I would have done the same thing you did. good for you that your flares are on the way....show us a pic when you install them!!! :ihatethat01:
