Most all Bell helmets are good helmets. I tried a Moto 8 on at my local shop. They didn't have this one, but I like black and I like Kawi green. I actually have an HJC CL-X5N Royale in flat black. It's comfortable, both DOT and Snell rated and didn't break the bank.

I still wear my old Bell Moto 2. Have had it for years. I should probably upgrade to a new helmet. I will have to check out Bell's lineup myself. I love the way the Moto 2 fits me. Extremely comfortable and it has the single click strap, so no messing with D rings. Just push the two ends together and the helmet is strapped. I love that feature.

Thanks again Thom!

Again...Bell only.....long story

Wouldn't mind an HJC, but I take what I'm offered....<wink> <wink> <nudge> <nudge> <say no more!> LOL!

Adirondack Man......thanks for the heads up on the Moto 2s....

That's why I buy quick releases for my helmets with D-rings....on and off in seconds....

Thanks again guys!

Anyone else who owns a Bell MX helmet want to chime in?
