So I have seen a couple atv's with lights like this, but yet to find any. Does anybody know where to get them? Here is a link to some like I want.

what's the point of a light bar? Will you be hauling wide loads on the highway? lol

I suppose it would be good for winter when plowing your drive or street or when there is heavy snowfall and visibility is poor.

Street Glow makes colored led light strips. You can get them in different lengths and colors. They have flashing and strobe effects and come with a controller so that you can choose what you want. You can find them online and at ebay. The other off road lights that he had are PIAA's and they are great, but costly.

lol. I dont really have any reason for them, but they look cool. Plus everytime i see them i want em. . Where we ride at is suppose to be private land, but people come onto it all of the time. There used to be some cops back there on rincons(Booo) with leds like that. Mosst of the people i know ride on there illegally and I just think it would be D*** Funny to come blasting around a turn when they are all trespassing and drinking with the lights blazing.... but after a couple times they would be useless. If I could get some for around 40, i would get them buit the good kind is like 180-200. Definately not spending that on them.

When I was in College the campus security was a complete idiot and always gave us a hard time. We set up traps a couple times and lured him into an area with only one exit and egged the heck out of him a couple times. Once he took off after a couple buddies of mine that I played football with and two of us stole the lights off the top of his patrol car. All I had was a pair of pliers and a screwdriver. It was one of the old lights that was five feet long and ten inches wide with rotating lights and blue and red plastic end caps. We got it off in about 3 minutes and ran with it. Cool as Hell, we had several parties with it hanging upside down from the ceiling and wires run out the window to my bronco battery. That was the bomb! Several times cars would be driving up to the cabin we lived in and would turn around and haul azz seeing the cop lights and thinking we were getting busted! LOL!! The most fun I had with it was there was a party spot out in the woods called the PUMP. it was an old oil field location way down an old curvy gravel road. All the old dope heads would pile up down there and party all night. One night we strapped it to the top of my Bronco and hauled azz down that road honking the horn and had the lights turned on. When we came sliding around the corner there was people running off into the woods in every direction throwing dope and liquor everywhere! a few just laid down on the ground spread eagle and gave up, too stoned to run. We got out and picked up two or three bags of dope and a full ice chest of beer and a couple bottles of liquor and hauled azz. I ended up having several fights come out of that one but that too was a hobbie of mine at the time... I kept that thing for about a year and had it hid in the attic of my grandparents house after they had passed. One day my dad called me and ask if I had anything in that house the police would have any interest in. I told him no but why he ask and he said one of the police detectives had come snooping around looking in the windows when dad caught him. He ask if he could go in and look around and dad ask him if he had a warrant? He said not yet but he would be back. I got the guy that stole them with me and we went to the house about 3am after making several loops around the block looking for someone watching the house. We got the lights and took off down an old country road with a deep creek and bridge. After we tore everything off and apart that we could we took a hacksaw and cut the aluminum base into about 5 parts and threw all of it out in the creek.... Didn't cost me a penny but we had about 10k worth of fun with that thing while we had it....LOL
