Help me decide next upgrade!
Ok, Here is where I have done so far to my 05 750 Brute.
27" swamplites
ITP ss108 12" wheels
VX-3000 winch, red polly rope
Frt. and rear baskets
gun scabbard
08 dry box upgrade
Frt. bumper (be here this week)
skid plate package (be here this week)
I have done the list above since May when I got it with 105 hours on it. My next choices are
dynatek module
clutch springs
shocks
2" lift kit
new hand grips and acessory lights
stealth snorkle kit
Which should I do next or which one will I see the biggest improvement and best bang for my buck?* is there something else I am overlooking? I am planning on doing all the above but trying to sneak it all under the wife's radar. Doing a little at a time on the low low!

I was leaning to this next myself, thanks! Is the Dyna CDI plug in and go or do I have to start worring about jetting and the headaches that go with that? Also how hard is it to replace the primary spring?

Re: Help me decide next upgrade!
I have 2 dyna's 1 on my brute the other in my prairie no problem's some say they get a low speed miss I know first hand 3 of them work perfect. you just take one out put the other in 5 min's. The spring pull the cover off I think 10 bolts maybe 8 10mm size then another 8-10 bolts on the primary cover. Then you need to remove the the bolt that holds the clutch its reverse thread also there is an arrow on the clutch plate just remember to align it back up when you reinstall then just put it all back together I believe its 68# for the bolt when you reinstall the main bolt.
It should take about .5 an hour the first time but once you do it you will see how easy it is.

Re: Help me decide next upgrade!
Flying out to Anniston, AL. in the morning for a week of training. Diamond Plate aluminum Skid pkg and new frt. bumper should be here when I get back. I'll install next weekend and then order the Dyna CDI and the maroon primary spring next Monday. I'll post pics when I get the skids and bumper on. I had him black powder coat the frt. bumper, bash plate, and all four cv covers and left the 4 X 4 cut out of the frt. cv covers. Its coming around, soon be where I want it. Then have to find something else to tinker with and work on!
Do I need to order anything else besides the maroon primary spring? I won't need anything else?
Thanks for all the advise. I'm excited about the upgrades.

Re: Help me decide next upgrade!
no if you do just the primary then you use a 10mm and I believe a 17mm for the main bolt can't wait to see how she looks after the goodies

Re: Help me decide next upgrade!
I like the Oury waffle type grips over any other personally. I've seen plenty of ODI's come off.

Re: Help me decide next upgrade!
Adirondack Man runs them on his Prairie and I have had them come off on me twice. I guess maybe a little Loktite would help?
Regardless, nothing beats the feel of some Oury waffles. Everybody that I know who tries them never go back to anything else. Try them for a while.
Of course, we all have our personal preferences though. It's all in what feels good to each person.

Re: Help me decide next upgrade!
Grips and accessory lights are next after the dyna CDI and primary spring. I'll check out both the ODI and the Oury grips. Leaning to the ODI since no glue but curious what holds them on. I saw the lock rings and end caps but couldn't tell much from the pics. Probably make more sense once i see them in person. Thanks guys...

Re: Help me decide next upgrade!
I like my ODI grips as well I can't remember if there is a plug in the hole from the factory for the brute handlebars I had to grind off I know I did on my 360 but no glue is awesome
